Please note that all refund requests must be sent via email no later than 30 days after the date of the purchase of your respective program. All requests received after that window will be automatically rejected.

Please note that in addition to the terms listed above, I do not provide refunds on the basis that you:
- changed your mind
- claim you know everything and don’t have sufficient evidence to support that allegation
- had a change in your personal life that makes the purchase no longer valuable
- can no longer afford to make a purchase of this nature

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on education programs and courses and I have learned something from EVERY single course/program I have purchased.
Furthermore, my program(s) are digital and informational in nature and cannot be returned in a physical sense. Plus, in some instances, they contain copyrighted information. Whether or not you consumed them, I have no way of assuring that the information does not get transmitted to those who have not purchased the course.
How to Request a Refund
The process is very simple, but the steps must be followed for your request to be honored and reviewed.
- Send an email to hello @ drewduboff .com with the subject line “Refund Request – First and Last Name – Program Name”. For example, “Refund Request – Drew DuBoff – 1-Hour Skype Chat” or “Refund Request – Drew DuBoff – 30-Day Email Support”.
- In the body of the email, please write a minimum of 100 words why you are requesting a refund. Please make sure it does not fall into one of the rejectable reasons above.
- Provide sufficient evidence to illustrate your point. This can be screenshots from before and after and anything at your discretion that effectively bolsters your reason in #2. If I need additional information, I will ask.
- Allow a minimum of 72 hours to pass before following up if you haven’t heard from me yet.
NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED AFTER 30 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF YOUR PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
