Growth Strategy and Outsourcing Coaching

Working as a freelancer for many six-figure and seven-figure businesses has opened my eyes to the processes and systems necessary to successfully scale a business. I understand what it takes to overcome a plateau and watch your revenue soar.

I currently offer two programs:

• 1-Hour Chat
• 30-Day Email Support

When you hire me as a coach, you’ll fill out a detailed form with all of your metrics so I can come prepared.

1-Hour Chat

Our strategy session will be 1 hour long, through Zoom, and recorded for your convenience to rewatch and absorb more information.

During our chat, we will discuss:

• What your business’ weaknesses are and how to overcome them
• What services/tasks you need outsourced
• How and where to find a freelancer that fits your needs
• How to optimize your current systems for growth
• Your business model and if it is scalable–if not, how to fix that
• How to shatter your revenue goals
• The mindset of an entrepreneur in charge
• Anything else we have time for or you specify in advance

My coaching fee is $297/hour. 

This will be for a one-time session. If you enjoyed your strategy session, you are more than welcome to schedule another one. I can also be on retainer if that is your preference. Specific requests can be handled by email.

30-Day Email Support

This program is pretty self-explanatory.

You have my undivided attention for 30 days. Any time you have a question or an issue, you just send me an email and I will reply back with detailed feedback. You’re welcomed to do this as often as you’d like during this time period.

This program works best after the 1-Hour Chat because you will have my support and feedback while you make the changes we discuss. 

But, the program also stands alone if you learn better through writing.

You’re more than welcome to discuss topics centered around:

• Business Growth
• The Process of Outsourcing
• Shattering Your Revenue Goals
• Anything Else You’d Like

The important thing is knowing that I am here for you every step of the way.

Because replying to emails throughout 30 days is a more time-intensive option, this program is priced at $447.
